Gear shift cable. Commonly (but not exclusively) used for 1100cc engines. Applies to many brands and displacements of ATVs, UTVs and buggies. Popularly used in the Gio Vyper 1100 side-by-side, as well as many other clones, rebrands and similar displacement machines.
