This 5-wire, 8-coil magneto coil (stator) is typically found in the Magneto Comp section of several part manuals. Commonly used for but not limited to 156FMI, 157FMI, 162FMJ, 125cc, 150cc, 200cc, and 250cc vertical engines. It is most popularly known for its use in Honda CG125 (156FMI / 157FMI) / CG150 (162FMJ) / Titan 2003, ZJ125, Hartford VR125Z, and their Chinese-made clones from TaoTao, Buyang, Coolsport, Lifan, Kazuma, SunL, Redcat, Eagle, as well as many other brands of ATVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, scooters, go karts (buggies), and engines with alternative profile names. This 5-wire stator is designed for CG Upright style of motors. Often labeled as CG-8 (CG8).
