Hakuba R-Series 16x3.00 4PR/TL (4-ply, tubeless) 48P tire (picture for example purpose, rim not included). Sometimes colloquially referred to as 3.00x16 but not to be mistaken with a tire that fits on a 16 inch rim. Most commonly used for (but not limited to) electric and gas powered scooters, ebikes and mobility scooters. Inner diameter 30cm (11.8 inch), outer diameter 45cm (17.7 inch).
